The Data is sourced from various channels have inconsistencies, missing values & errors which are leading to challenges in data quality and transformation. Customer needs a recommendation engine and suggestions for quick search. Customer compliance, data protection and privacy regulations policies are complex. Customer does not have dedicated technology, tools and expertise

Challenges
- 1. To create Lake for storing - Structured, Unstructured & Semi Structured Data
- 2. To Implement Data Lake and recommendation engine with Search functionality
- 3. Unable to perform operations on data due to their unstructured and semi structured data
- 4. Unable to help their Research Scholars/Students to make a better decision while publishing and doing their research analysis

Implemented Solution
- 1. Beau Roi planning to implement the solution using AWS S3, AWS Glue, AWS Kinesis Data Stream, Amazon Redshift & Amazon QuickSight
- 2. Beau Roi suggested to build a data lake which will collect real time data from the existing data sources
- 3. Using AWS Glue which will perform ETL on the collected data and then transformed data will be trained using Sagemaker to provide recommendations to the customer as per their Research data and Publications

Expected Impacts
- 1. Quick Search engine will reduce time for the research team, Students & Readers
- 2. This will help the customer to store unlimited amounts of data of any type and from any source
- 3. Using a Centralized repository for all data using Amazon S3 provided cost-effective and durable storage
- 4. Their analysed data will provide a interactive dashboard using Quicksight connected to Redshift

Background
A Government Education Institution was facing challenges with outdated paper-based processes and no technology advancement in the institution. Students are leaving due to the lack of latest technologies, Private school dominations in the area and various other factors which is affecting the admission & financial loss to the government & People are losing trust on the government institutions. The Aim of this project was to identify the admission low down, the reasons and rectify it using HiFi technologies with a detailed report
Challenges
- 1. No Historical data for the last 50 years
- 2. Paper-Based Processes and have data for 6 years in paper format.
- 3. Lack of technologies & No Efficient teachers.
- 4. No integrated solutions between all government schools with in the state & country.

Implemented Solution
- 1. Utilized an API to digitize paper-based documents like attendance records, grades, and other administrative data for making them searchable, easy access and real-time updates.
- 2. Using Optical character recognition (OCR) technology to convert images of texts into machine-encoded text.
- 3. Stored Digitized documents in a Cloud storage ensuring easy access and backup. Implemented appropriate access control to protect sensitive data.
- 4. Using Data Analytics leveraged to analyze the students performance , attendance and engagement, which leads to an improvement in students performance and teaching methods.
- 5. Implemented personalized learning paths based on individual student performance, preferences, and learning styles by building & deploying AI & ML.
- 6. Implemented an automated process to generate the digital report cards. Parents and students can access report cards online, fostering transparency and timely feedback.
